Key Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in a global team setting to develop and maintain client reports.
• Address and respond to end-user inquiries effectively.
• Analyze business requirements and engage with stakeholders proactively.
• Identify issues and strategize solutions to resolve them.
• Provide L3 support for production issues across client reporting applications.
• Design and develop software solutions, and perform technical troubleshooting.
• Ensure the production of secure and high-quality code.
• Analyze diverse data sets to improve software applications and systems continuously.
• Participate and contribute to software engineering communities and new technology explorations.
• Promote and enhance our culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced skills in Cognos 10X+, RDBMS with Oracle 19c, SQL, PL/SQL, and UNIX Shell scripting.
• Proficiency in performance tuning, system design, testing, and operational stability.
• Strong grasp of Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in Application Resiliency and Security.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Knowledge of modern front-end technologies and cloud technologies.
• Background in financial services and IBM Messaging Queues.
• Java technology experience is advantageous.
