Job Responsibilities

• Execute software solutions with an innovative approach to design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with relevant systems.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring design constraints are met during development.
• Gather, analyze, and develop visualizations and reports from extensive data sets to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data to enhance coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events exploring new and emerging technologies.
• Foster a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability using Python and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in coding with Object-Oriented languages, particularly Python.
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms and maintaining code in a large corporate environment.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within technical disciplines like cloud, AI, ML, and mobile.
• Experience in Data Analytics and AI/ML projects is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.
• Exposure to cloud technologies.
• Preference for Python developers experienced with cloud platforms.
• Desirable experience in implementing various development, testing, and automation tools for IT infrastructure in the cloud (DevOps).
