About Us

Welcome to Notion! We're on a mission to empower individuals, teams, and businesses to tailor their software for any challenge. While computers are powerful tools, creating and modifying software remains out of reach for many. At Notion, we're dedicated to changing that through focus, design, and craftsmanship.

Since 2016, we've been on this journey with clients like Pixar, Mitsubishi, Figma, Plaid, and Match Group, among thousands of others. As we rapidly expand, we're excited to welcome new talents who excel in their fields. We're passionate about building a diverse and creative company that mirrors our global audience.

Notion is an in-person company. Currently, employees are required to be in the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and spend the majority of their week onsite, including a third day.

  • Holistic Problem Solver: You approach problems with a clear understanding of context, think critically about impact, and craft balanced solutions to complex issues.
  • Communicate with Care: You clearly convey nuanced ideas, engage thoughtfully in disagreements, and collaborate effectively with engineers and cross-functional partners. Lifelong learning is key to your philosophy.
  • Impact Driven: You prioritize projects with a focus on business impact, balancing craftsmanship, speed, and practical implications. Collaboration is at the heart of your work approach.
