About this Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Resource to join our expanding team at JLL Technologies - Centre of Expertise (JLLT-CoE) based in Bangalore, India. This pivotal role involves partnership with JLL Technology teams globally, contributing extensive data, infrastructure, and engineering expertise to our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize Data Workflows: Evaluate and enhance ETL processes for optimized performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Proactively monitor and troubleshoot ETL workflows, identifying and resolving integration issues through detailed root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with business stakeholders and data analysts to understand data requirements and perform impact analysis for migrations to cloud-based ETL platforms.
• Strategic Migration: Work closely with Cloud Architects and Engineers to develop and implement a comprehensive migration strategy from on-premises to cloud-based ETL systems.
• Documentation and Reporting: Generate detailed documentation and reports regarding gap analysis and migration strategies to inform stakeholders and guide decision-making processes.

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 12-15 years in software development and 8-9 years in ETL development and data warehousing.
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies and data analytics.
• Robust knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica/Wherescape, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and programming languages such as Python for data manipulation and scripting.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with global stakeholders.
