What You’ll Contribute

• Manage software engineering teams dedicated to enhancing capabilities supporting leading open-source frameworks for AI and machine learning models.
• Oversee product development, take full product development responsibilities, and drive new initiatives for overall product improvement.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to attract talent, set goals, measure, and reward performance.
• Leverage, synthesize, and integrate work from team members while providing technical advice, mentoring, and direction.
• Work in conjunction with other local functional leaders (product development teams, professional services, Information Technology, etc.) to deliver and execute on the product roadmap.

What We’re Seeking

• Master’s in Computer Science or related disciplines, or equivalent experience in software architecture, design, development, and testing.
• 10+ years of experience in the product development domain.
• Strong experience managing geographically distributed, high-performing development teams (Kubernetes/Java/Python/AWS environments).
• Hands-on experience with Python, Java, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD Cloud Infrastructure, and Microservices.
• Knowledge of open-source frameworks and standards such as PMML, scikit-learn, Keras, Tensorflow, Pytorch, H2O.
• Understanding of best practices for the full software development life cycle, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including coding standards, secure coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design walkthroughs with architects and discuss strategy/requirements with teams.
