Are you ready to play a pivotal role in Aptiv’s Global Product Organization? We are looking for a Software Project Manager to focus on developing cutting-edge products and technologies in the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) sector. This software-centered role is your chance to lead critical software development initiatives aligned with the latest market demands.

Your Responsibilities

As a Software Project Manager, you will:

• Plan and execute projects to meet deadlines, budget constraints, and customer requirements.
• Oversee product releases and facilitate technical decisions across multiple scrum teams.
• Serve as the communication hub for internal product teams, ensuring awareness of requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
• Document and present project status, including cost, timing, and performance metrics.
• Lead engineering discussions in agile ceremonies such as Big Room Planning, Demo, and Sprint planning.
• Identify root causes of issues, develop corrective action plans, and guide the team to resolution.

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• MSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Control, Automation and Robotics, Electronics, Physics, Mathematics or similar field.
• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects with internal and external customers.
• Experience with agile software development processes and Project Management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows and automated release processes.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, proficient in PowerPoint.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in software development using C/C++, Python, Matlab.
• ASPICE and Functional Safety experience.
• Analytical skills relevant to automotive algorithm design and testing.
• Experience with customer requirements management tools (e.g., Polarion).
