Software Quality Assurance (Extract, Transform, Load)

Job description: KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE • 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in software testing, primarily focusing on Data Warehousing/ETL and Big Data Testing. • Proven hands-on experience in Testing Hadoop Application: Hive/MapReduce/ SPARK • Familiarity with multiple query languages: Pig, HiveQL, etc. • Excellent skills in writing SQL queries and substantial knowledge on databases [Oracle/ Netezza/SQL] • Knowledge of at least one scripting language: Java/Scala/Python etc. • Experience in Unix shell scripting is preferred. • Familiarity with Agile development, and knowledgeable in using Jira. • Possessing good analytical skills and communication skills. • Past experience in the Health Care industry is beneficial, as well as exposure to testing dashboards. • Flexibility in working and adapting quickly with different technologies and tools.
