As a senior solution sales leader focused on our high-growth segments, you will lead a virtual team comprised of technical, partner, and consulting resources. Your primary aim is to push the sales process forward and excel in achieving quarterly Data & AI revenue and consumption targets within your assigned accounts. By acting as a trusted advisor and an expert in Analytics, Data & AI, you will guide customers in their data-driven journeys, helping them modernize data, optimize analytics, and implement AI solutions to fulfill their strategic business priorities.
Sales Excellence: Engage strategically with customers to generate new opportunities and drive sales across various industry sectors. You will proactively engage with external stakeholders, driving strategies that expedite deal closures and contributing valuable input to targeted opportunities.
Scaling and Collaboration: Employ effective collaboration and scaling methodologies to maximize customer impact, identifying and engaging with potential partners to develop cooperative proposals and strategies.
Technical Expertise and Leadership: Utilize your deep knowledge of competitor solutions to guide strategic decisions in pursuing or withdrawing from opportunities. Take the lead in setting up Microsoft events and mentoring peers, aiming to foster best practices within the team.
Delivering Results Through Teamwork: Focus on executing projects efficiently, leveraging collaborative efforts across teams to achieve common goals.
Essential: Proficiency in both English and Korean languages, with over 15 years of technology-related sales or a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a similar field plus 12 years of related sales experience. Preferred certifications include Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900) or AI Fundamentals (AI-900).
