About the Solutions Team at LILT

LILT’s Solutions team leverages our industry-leading AI technology to address multilingual content requirements for large enterprises and government agencies. Our team engages with customers from pre-sales through post-sale stages, comprising experts in various functional and technical areas. We collaborate closely within the team and with colleagues in Sales, Product, Engineering, and Services to ensure that LILT's technology delivers maximum value. Location

This position is based in our London, UK office and follows a hybrid work schedule. Authorization to work in the UK is a requirement.

Your Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect who enjoys solving complex problems, managing intricate projects, and interacting with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, extensive customer-facing experience, and the capability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Services, and Marketing teams to bring our platform to clients and prospects. Your responsibilities will include providing technical expertise to ensure LILT customers’ success, connecting customer-specific business problems with LILT's solutions, and effectively communicating these connections to technical and executive audiences. Additionally, you will build demos, execute proof-of-concepts, and offer consultative assistance on architecture and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical co-pilot to LILT Account Executives and Account Managers, handling customer technical experiences from scoping to deployment.
• Build and present reference architectures, how-tos, and demo applications for customers.
• Be a subject-matter expert in translation and localization process optimization and best practices.
• Ensure customer technology stacks are optimized for localization processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Account Management teams to ensure smooth transitions from prospect to customer.
• Maintain client-integrations and provide an escalated level of support for critical operational issues.
• Develop internal processes for consistency across solutions engagements.
• Stay updated on latest localization industry trends and technologies.

Skills and Experience

• At least 4+ years in a technical pre/post-sales role at a language services, technology, or content management company.
• Experience with complex services-oriented solutions.
• Proven communication, presentation, and influence skills at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
• Expertise in localization solutions, technologies, and processes.
• Technical background in computational linguistics or related field, with experience in AI, LLM, NLP, or CAT solutions.
• Passion for technical problem-solving and solution-based approaches.
• Analytical approach to project planning and intelligence gathering.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with end users and C-level executives.
• Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
