Role: Specialist - AI Solutions

We are looking for a Specialist – AI Solutions to play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of our AI strategies. Your responsibilities will include refining AI models, understanding our business needs, and creating AI applications aligned with our organizational goals. Who You Are

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Primary Skills:

• Proven experience (2 years or more) as an AI Specialist, machine learning engineer, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or other AI programming languages.
• Background in statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Experience with AWS cloud-based AI solutions (Sagemaker, EC2, Lambda, CFTs/Terraform, ECS, S3 data handling, etc.)
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI for structured data handling.
• Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qliksense.
• Familiarity with big data platforms and tools (AWS, Snowflake, Palantir Foundry, etc.)

Secondary Skills:

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify business problems addressed through AI solutions.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams in large, matrixed organizations.
• Innovation: Stay curious and explore new AI techniques.
• Consulting & Customer-Centric Mindset: Focus on developing solutions that meet customer needs.
• Experience in developing solutions for GBS domains (Finance, Procurement, HR).

Key Responsibilities

Design and Develop AI Systems:

• Create, choose, and maintain robust and scalable AI models and algorithms.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, data analysts, and other team members to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
• Apply machine learning and data mining techniques to large datasets to uncover valuable patterns and insights.

Testing and Validation:

• Test and validate AI models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Fine-tune models based on test results.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and incorporate new techniques and technologies.

Effective Communication:

• Clearly communicate complex AI concepts and analysis results to stakeholders.
• Document AI processes and procedures for future reference and improvements.

Continuous Learning and Adaptation:

• Keep abreast of advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Identify opportunities to leverage company data for business solutions.

Prototyping and Rapid Development:

• Develop quick prototypes, Proof-of-Concepts, and Minimum Viable Products for AI
