Role Overview:

As an SSA, you will become the go-to ML expert for both our valued customers and our internal Field Engineering teams. Your main objective will be to guide and support the development of scalable ML applications using the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. Key aspects of your role include enhancing machine learning operations (MLOps), implementing advanced AI technologies, and mentoring peers to bolster their expertise in these domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise-level ML solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimization across all pipeline stages.
• Offer high-level technical support during the sales process, playing a critical role in modeling, tracking, and deploying robust ML systems.
• Collaborate with our product teams to align customer feedback with our product roadmap, enhancing the adoption and efficacy of our ML tools.
• Empower customers by developing their data science capabilities and applying cutting-edge MLOps practices to bring ML models into production.
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers crafting state-of-the-art GenAI solutions, helping them navigate the complexities of modern AI architectures and applications.

What We Look For:

• Proven background with 5+ years in ML engineering or data science, particularly within cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• A collaborative spirit and a passion for continuous learning in machine learning technologies.
• Customer-facing experience and familiarity with Apache Spark™ are preferred.
• Availability to travel up to 30% as required.
