As a Specialist Solutions Architect - GenAI / ML Engineer, your primary role will be to assist our customers in architecting and implementing high-scale big data solutions utilizing Databricks' powerful platform. This position requires proven hands-on experience with MLFlow™ and deep expertise in MLOps technologies, placing you at the forefront of our customer engagement and solution delivery efforts.

Impact You Will Have:

• Lead architectural design and successful implementation of critical data workloads, aligning with customers’ technical roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership on large-scale big data projects, ensuring strategic customers are successful.
• Design and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines and load performance testing.
• Elevate your status as a technical expert in Machine Learning and MLOps technologies.
• Support Solution Architects by enhancing technical sales strategies, including proof of concept, workload sizing, and architecture customization.
• Drive community and customer adoption through training sessions, hackathons, and conferences.

What We Look For:

• Extensive pre-sales or post-sales experience specializing in Data Science, Generative AI, or ML Engineering.
• Demonstrable experience in leveraging Data Science, GenAI, or ML to develop data-driven products.
• Proficiency in Big Data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, Kafka and programming languages including SQL, Python, Scala, or Java.
• Fluency in French is a must.
