Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Asset Managers to identify data-driven improvement opportunities and maintain data quality, identify and address data quality issues, and significantly contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance. As a Data Insight Specialist, you'll also develop data roadmaps, engage with various stakeholders across business units, provide hands-on support for our digital asset performance management tool, contribute to strategic digital initiatives, and lead workshops.

Job Requirements:

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related energy field,
• Experience in data analysis with proficiency in SQL, Python, or other analytics tools,
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience,
• Strong passion for data and an inquisitive mindset,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• Superb problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills,
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and dynamic environments,
• Fluency in English (C1 level) and good command of German (B2 level).

Optional but Advantageous:

Familiarity with product management concepts and practices, experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
