What You Will Be Doing

As a SQL / Power BI Developer, you will work with data analysts to receive requirements and documentation, offering feedback and suggesting alternative report designs before building custom data analytics and reporting solutions (e.g., dashboards, scorecards, custom extracts).

Your daily tasks will be varied and could include:

  • Maintaining data integrity across various energy efficiency programs
  • Troubleshooting data quality issues and communicating their impacts
  • Updating and maintaining custom reports

Please note, you may be required to participate in periodic drug testing and background checks.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Math, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL (query tuning, writing procedures/functions, building views)
  • 2+ years of experience developing/optimizing Power BI dashboards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience producing and maintaining regular reporting deliverables for various audiences
  • Expertise in data-driven storytelling and advanced data visualizations using Power BI
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis Expression (DAX) language
  • Experience in the utility, energy, and/or energy efficiency sectors

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $59,469.00 - $101,098.00, influenced by multiple factors including relevant work experience, skills, certifications, competencies, geographic location, education, and contract provisions.
