Job Description

As an SQL/Power BI Developer, you will be pivotal in driving business decisions through detailed data analysis and reporting. You will utilize advanced analytics tools like Python, SQL, and visualization software such as Looker and PowerBI to create impactful insights and solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in data analysis
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and visualization tools such as Looker or PowerBI
• Proven track record of decision-making and problem-solving using analytics
• Excellent skills in database management and SQL coding in platforms like Hive, Snowflake, and Presto
• Proficiency in BI tools and Microsoft Excel; additional knowledge of PowerBI is highly advantageous
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strategic influencing abilities, and strong business judgement
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment as a self-starter and adaptable team player

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data munging and resolving data issues using Spark/PySpark
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional, matrixed team environment
