Role Overview: Strategy & Analytics Sr. Analyst, Global Success and Business Intelligence (GSBI)

The Strategy & Analytics Sr. Analyst will support Salesforce's explosive growth. This hybrid role involves strategic planning, sales strategy, business operations, reporting, and analysis. You'll support the Renewals and Success Plan Sales group, recognized for fostering customer value and ensuring retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders (Directors and VPs) managing KPIs.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to influence and set market/account strategy.
• Understand underlying data architecture supporting Customer Success to report on business performance.
• Optimize drivers of financial performance, productivity, and customer engagement.
• Develop Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards for global leaders and field teams.
• Create and deliver presentations for senior executives.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 6+ years in business analytics/business operations.
• Self-starter with high motivation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; MBA or Masters in a technical field is a plus.
• Experience in quantitative analysis, Excel, and logical reasoning.
• Proficiency with SQL and Tableau; Python and/or R a plus.
• Experience creating BI dashboards end-to-end.
• Familiarity with CRM and data management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player with strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities.
