Your New Role:

As a Sr. Applied Scientist in Generative AI, you will drive Warner Bros. Discovery forward by using cutting-edge AI to tackle business and operational challenges, ensuring innovation thrives within the organization. This role demands proficiency in developing advanced ML models and the ability to handle terabytes of data to transform real-world problems into opportunities, enhancing efficiency across various processes.

Your Role Accountabilities:

Create ML/Generative AI Models: Design, develop, and evaluate innovative ML models to navigate company-wide challenges and opportunities. Identify and decipher business issues to propose scalable Generative AI solutions.

Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams spanning IT, development, operations, and business units. Gather requirements and champion proactive integration of automation.

Technical Expertise: Bring deep knowledge of ML algorithms and deep learning innovations. Commit to continuous learning and guiding other teams within the organization.

Qualifications & Experiences:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Math, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in building ML/AI models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or Java.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.

Preferred:

• Experience with large data platforms like Snowflake.
