Position Summary

As a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst based in Europe, you'll be pivotal in crafting dynamic Power BI dashboards and aiding business stakeholders in deriving meaningful insights from complex datasets. This role is integral to our strategic decision-making process, helping to steer data-driven initiatives that support Blackpoint Cyber's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize essential business metrics.
• Drive strategic BI projects that align with corporate objectives and promote organizational advancement.
• Engage collaboratively with business users, gathering requirements and delivering data insights for informed decision-making.
• Analyze vast datasets to spot trends, patterns, and business enhancement opportunities.
• Maintain the precision and consistency of data across all reports and dashboards.
• Support the creation of data models and schema designs tailored for BI reporting.
• Conduct Power BI training sessions and extend support in data interpretation to business users.
• Stay updated with emerging BI technologies and best practices to continuously augment our BI capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
• In-depth proficiency with BI tools, particularly Power BI.
• Fundamental SQL skills, with the competency to write and interpret queries.
• Exceptional analytical abilities with expertise in translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• A keen attention to detail with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in SQL.
• Experience in data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of Python and machine learning models is a significant plus.
