About Your New Role

As our Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll be a vital member of our BI team, responsible for developing and maintaining insightful Power BI dashboards and reports. You will:

• Implement and oversee BI initiatives to align with business strategies and promote growth.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to refine their data needs, helping to optimize decision-making processes across the company.
• Analyze large datasets to discover trends and patterns, identifying opportunities to enhance business operations.
• Ensure the integrity and consistency of data across various platforms and dashboards.
• Develop data models and schemas to streamline BI reporting operations.
• Conduct Power BI training and provide ongoing support to enhance data literacy within the team.

What You Need to Bring

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
• In-depth experience with BI tools, especially Power BI.
• Foundational SQL abilities, capable of crafting and interpreting queries.
• Exceptional analytical skills for transforming complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for working across diverse teams.
• A meticulous eye for detail with an emphasis on data accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced SQL expertise.
• Experience in data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Python and machine learning models is advantageous.
