Sr. Business Intelligence Developer - Tableau (Remote) at AssistRx

Join our dynamic team! At AssistRx, we are looking for a skilled Sr. Business Intelligence Developer to collaborate across the enterprise, identify analytic gaps, and prioritize the build of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytic gaps and develop solutions.
• Develop and enhance existing reports and dashboards using Tableau.
• Work with the core analytic team to share data models and query needs.
• Create and publish customized, interactive Tableau reports and dashboards utilizing diverse chart tools like stack bars, scatterplots, and geographical maps.
• Develop and maintain data views, models, and tables using dbt.
• Collaborate with data architects to maintain the overall data architecture for the BI environment.
• Optimize dashboard performance for better load times and responsiveness.
• Follow the SDLC process and use proper naming standards in development.
• Assist in creating data feeds according to defined specifications.
• Conduct peer reviews of reports and logic for validity.
• Work with subject matter experts to understand the needs of internal and external customers.
• Handle ongoing data specification requests and queries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Mathematics.
• 5 years of experience with business intelligence tools, systems analysis, and/or IT activities.
• Proficiency in using tools to create data views, models, and tables (e.g., dbt).
• Experience with BI technologies such as Tableau, SQL, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience in developing and updating technical documentation.
• Self-starter with strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent situations efficiently.
• Experience with healthcare and/or pharmacy data is preferred.
