Position Summary: Sr Data and BI Engineer

As a Sr Data and BI Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, building, and maintaining systems for data storage and processing
• Combining unstructured data from multiple sources, evaluating it, and enhancing business operations
• Ensuring data quality and consistency
• Providing actionable business insights and making them accessible to end users
• Analyzing data using Machine Learning and predictive modeling
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining systems for collecting and analyzing business intelligence data
• Creating dashboards, databases, and other platforms to evaluate BI data

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in analyzing and interpreting data with SQL Server, Teradata, NoSQL, etc.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in data mining, ETL, and using databases with large-scale, complex datasets
• Minimum 2 years' experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines
• Minimum 2 years' experience using SQL querying to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python, Pyspark) to process data for modeling
• Minimum 2 years' experience and advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau (preferred) or similar BI tools
• Minimum 2 years' experience with Google Cloud solutions such as Big Query, Airflow, Dataproc
• Minimum 2 years' experience in machine learning and predictive modeling

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience with Google Cloud solutions such as Big Query, Airflow, Dataproc
• 4+ years’ experience using SQL querying to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python, Pyspark) to process data for modeling
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $92,700.00 - $185,400.00. The actual base salary offer will depend on various factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant considerations. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
