A Day in the Life

As a Sr. Data Engineer, you will:

  • Implement and operate data pipelines for collecting data from applications and environments.
  • Write code to build tools, frameworks, dashboards, and analytical environments.
  • Research and recommend analytical tools, frameworks, products, and emerging technologies as needed.
  • Lead and create data and UI designs.
  • Analyze, design, and coordinate the development of high-quality queries.
  • Create and review relevant documentation such as implementation manuals and support manuals/playbooks.
  • Plan and perform data-related development and optimization tasks.
  • Streamline and manage data schema or stored procedure changes through structured or automated processes.
  • Prepare overall design using BI Tools (Sisense/Power BI) and data perspectives.
  • Maintain and enhance our existing BI platform (Sisense) while developing new reporting interfaces.

Do You Have What It Takes?

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience.
  • 4-6 years of related work experience.
  • Experience with user-facing BI tools such as SiSense and PowerBI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare industry experience.
