Essential Functions

• Develop actionable insights and recommendations through best practices in the analysis of complex data sets.
• Create executive summaries, briefings, benchmark reports, and dashboards for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate across departments to define business challenges and analytical queries; spearhead data analysis projects to address these challenges.
• Utilize advanced data integration and visualization tools such as Informatica Cloud Data Integrator, PowerBI, Tableau, and Qlik to automate and enhance reporting processes.
• Evaluate and enhance the efficacy of BI tools, advocating for innovative solutions to meet evolving data analysis needs.
• Continuously improve data quality and process efficiency to support organizational objectives.

Required Education and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a closely related field.
• At least three (3) years of experience in reporting, ETL processing, and complex data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with data integration tools.
• Comprehensive experience with BI and analytics tools in a cloud environment, such as AWS, Azure, or Snowflake.
