Role Summary:

Lucid Motors is seeking a talented Senior Data Scientist for our Quality Information & Analytics Team. This vital role supports the development of comprehensive Quality metrics and involves coordination across core business areas including Service, Manufacturing, and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

You will play a crucial role in:

• Data Management: Construct and automate data pipelines linking various systems such as the Dealer Management System (DMS) and Field Quality Issue JIRA Project.
• Data Analysis and Visualization: Analyze data and generate insightful visualizations to guide executive decisions and inform on Lucid State of Quality in field operations.
• Decision Support: Develop data-driven solutions to support strategic decision-making at the executive level.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance systems and processes, adapting to dynamic project requirements.

What We Look For:

Ideal candidates will have:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field with at least 5 years of professional experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Amazon Redshift, SQL, Python, Apache Spark, Hive, and Kafka.
• Substantial experience within Automotive, Consumer Electronics, or Manufacturing industries, focusing on Service, Quality, and Warranty Issue Management.
• Strong capabilities in JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and Field Reliability Analysis.
• Exceptional teamwork and leadership skills, with proven ability to manage projects and drive successful outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits:

Lucid Motors offers a competitive salary range of $134,300—$184,690 annually, depending on location, skills, and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurances, paid time off, retirement plans, and participation in incentive programs.
