Role Overview: Azure DevOps / Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps / Operations Specialist to enhance our team. This pivotal role requires deep expertise in managing, optimizing, and securing Azure cloud infrastructures for both internal operations and enterprise-level clients. Experience with Azure AI technologies is a significant asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Azure cloud environments, ensuring security, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize Azure services such as Azure Entra, App Services, Cosmos DB, Azure Virtual Machines, SharePoint Online, and more to support our infrastructure.
• Apply and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Set up and manage monitoring tools to ensure optimal application reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement infrastructure requirements.
• Provide expertise in Azure AI technologies, including Azure AI Studio, AI Search, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, to enhance our AI capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with major security and privacy standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST).
• Document infrastructure processes, policies, and procedures to maintain clear and up-to-date records.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing Azure cloud environments with a strong focus on security and compliance.
• Solid understanding and experience with Azure services such as Azure Entra, App Services, Cosmos DB, Azure Virtual Machines, SharePoint Online, and more.
• Experience with Azure AI technologies, including Azure AI Studio, AI Search, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
• Expertise in applying CI/CD pipelines and practices.
• Proven experience setting up and managing monitoring tools for application reliability and performance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in distributed cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of major security and privacy standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST).
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification.
• Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
