Key Responsibilities

Technical Strategy Development: Forge a comprehensive technical strategy to maximize robotics software in enhancing drug formulation and manufacturing processes.

Leadership and Team Management: Guide and mentor a team of skilled engineers and project managers. Cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration to meet critical technical goals.

Technology Evaluation and Adoption: Stay updated with the latest in robotics advancements to assess and implement cutting-edge systems effectively.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams to address technical challenges and improve efficiency across all stages of drug development.

Technical Budget and Resources Allocation: Oversee budget allocation and manage resources strategically to support all project initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in robotics software development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree with a deep understanding of automation, control systems, and machine learning algorithms. Strong project management and leadership skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proficient user of modern software engineering practices.
