The Role:

As a Sr. Engineering Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging Adobe Research with product teams like Premiere Pro. Your expertise will help guide cutting-edge research in Video and Audio AI from concept to product integration, ensuring Adobe continues to set the pace in media production technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategically manage collaborations between our Research, Product, Applied ML, and Design groups.

- Develop and oversee a dynamic portfolio of research projects, optimizing resource allocation and project outcomes.

- Implement rigorous review cycles to maintain alignment on strategic and tactical goals across teams.

- Foster the adoption of new technologies by integrating feedback and success metrics systems to enhance product team satisfaction and end-user value.

What You Will Bring:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.

- Extensive experience in project/program management, with a proven track record in a technology or research-focused organization.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage high-impact initiatives in a dynamic environment.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical terms in an easily understandable way.

- A high level of proficiency in productivity tools like Excel, SharePoint, Wiki, Jira, etc.
