Our entrepreneurial team focuses on innovative cancer treatments, including our leading asset, RYZ101, currently in Phase 3 testing.

Role Overview: Sr. Manager, Biostatistical Programming

The Sr. Manager of Biostatistical Programming at RayzeBio will spearhead the development of clinical study deliverables and timelines, manage programming activities of study vendors, and play a crucial role in supporting internal company requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the quality of vendors' deliverables.
• Engage in data analysis, reporting for clinical trials, and support regulatory submission preparations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of clinical data.
• Develop CDISC data packages essential for clinical study reports (CSRs) and future regulatory submissions.
• Design and enhance SAS macros/applications to increase efficiency and streamline processes.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Expertise in managing CRO relationships and SAS programming.
• Familiarity with FDA, ICH guidelines and clinical trial protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
• At least 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with a focus on oncology.
• Master’s degree and advanced experience in programming highly preferred.
