We are currently seeking a Senior Manager of Data Engineering to guide our top-tier team of technologists at Publicis Sapient. Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience

• Exceptional prowess in data engineering with a background in distributed computing and a track record of architecting extensive data platforms.
• Proven competency in analytics, business intelligence, and data science including data modeling, insight generation, and leveraging advanced visualization tools and methods.
• Proficient handling of modern big data ecosystems and technologies for data integration, storage, computing frameworks, and analytics (e.g., ETL Tools, Streaming Tools, No-SQL databases, Spark, Airflow).
• Hands-on experience with major public cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with specific technologies like AWS EMR, Glue, Athena, S3, SQS/SNS.
• Expertise in data governance within the big data framework, inclusive of various MDM/entity resolution solutions.
• Background in Financial Services Data Engineering and applying best practices in performance, security, and cost-efficiency for data lakes.
• Strong leadership capabilities to steer teams that swiftly adapt to client’s existing digital infrastructures and envision future data landscapes aligning with strategic business objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills, adept at facilitating high-stake discussions and fostering team collaboration.

Position Highlights

Job Title: Sr Manager, Data Engineering - FS -Hybrid

Location: This position is hybrid with an in-office requirement of 3 days per week.

Salary Range: $147,000 - $200,000, varying by location and specific skills.
