The Impact You'll Make: Establish Data Governance and MDM Practice Across the Enterprise

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Digital Transformation - Master Data Management (MDDL). In this leadership role, you will oversee enterprise-wide Master Data across multiple data domains. As a member of our Data Governance/Master Data Management team, you will support the Customer/Supplier and Product data domains while championing data strategy across all business functions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with data stewards and owners to execute operations, handle escalations, and ratify policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage central data teams and execute Master Data creation and management operations.
• Track and resolve data governance processes, escalating issues as necessary.
• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the data domain.
• Enforce data governance within the data domain.
• Facilitate Enterprise Data Council meetings.
• Lead Data Steward Steering Committee planning and facilitation.
• Develop data maturity strategies for one or more domains.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 6-8 years of management experience.

Work Flexibility

Lam Research offers various work location models to suit the needs of each role:

• On-site Flex: Work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with remote work for the balance of the week.
• Virtual Flex: Work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the remaining time spent working remotely.

Salary Range:

For positions based in the San Francisco Bay Area, the salary range is $129,000.00 - $272,000.00. Actual salary offers will depend on various factors, including role location, education, experience, and comparison to existing employees. Please note that salary may vary due to factors such as unpaid time off, company-mandated shutdowns, and other relevant considerations.
