About This Role

The Sr Principal will head a skilled team of 4 to 6 quantitative researchers, focusing on pioneering strategic issues that confront top executives at leading global corporations. This role involves designing data reports, conducting complex analyses, and developing insights that influence C-suite decisions globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop standardized tools and reports to aid clients in understanding market positions and internal opportunities.
• Communicate analytical insights effectively with internal and client stakeholders at executive levels.
• Manage the lifecycle of benchmarking and diagnostic products to optimize client satisfaction and product utility.
• Guide a team through project design and data analysis, fostering a robust analytical environment.

What You Will Need

• A Postgraduate Degree in an analytical field such as Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science from a renowned institute.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including direct managerial duties, preferably in a research or consulting environment.
• Strong foundation in managing large-scale surveys and data-driven research projects.
