Job Responsibilities
- Understand, synthesize, and align with evolving business priorities to deliver strategic solutions that ensure success.
- Design and develop rich visualization dashboards that summarize performance metrics and KPIs, providing intuitive, self-service capabilities to end-users.
- Coordinate with multiple business partners to identify, prioritize, and execute business needs and projects.
- Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, and IT partners to drive the adoption of state-of-the-art data visualization tools and techniques, enhancing interactive data insights for business leaders.
- Provide strategic partnership for data strategy execution that promotes modern data architecture, governance, and democratizes data access.
- Develop expertise in data extraction, manipulation, and consolidation from various data environments, leading the data migration strategy to a Big Data ingestion, development, and consumption framework.
- Partner with offshore teams to automate manual processes and advance analytics capabilities.
- Offer consistent, positive leadership by guiding the analytics team, motivating them to meet departmental goals, and fostering talent development.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a relevant field with at least 5 years of related experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to articulate solutions and recommendations to business executives.
- Demonstrated success in large-scale automation initiatives using data exploration tools like Alteryx and Trifacta.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau; capable of identifying best practices and maintaining the highest quality standards in dashboards and analytical solutions.
- Experience with big data technologies and programming languages, including SQL, Hadoop, Python, Spark, or Scala.
- Proficiency in developing reporting solutions and providing data analytics; skilled in performing independent research and offering impactful data environment solutions.
- Adaptability to new technologies and data tools, with the ability to work independently or within a team environment.
- Experience managing multiple projects in an Agile manner, adapting to changing business priorities while meeting delivery deadlines.
