The base salary ranges from $116,500.00 to $194,200.00, dependent on factors such as location, candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Additional compensation may include incentive programs.

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Power BI Developer who is eager to advance their career. If you are ready to learn, collaborate, and deliver advanced data and reporting solutions for an $8 billion revenue company, then we want you!
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Tech Lead and Product Owner to deliver analytics solutions, dashboards, reports, visualizations, and self-service datasets.
- Work primarily within Power BI Azure Cloud, maintaining connections to on-premises databases and various cloud environments including AWS and Salesforce.
- Transition Minimally Viable Products (MVP) into fully operational and maintainable solutions.
- Implement best practices, processes, and controls for deployment management.
- Engage with technical teams, business stakeholders, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive platform evolution.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to advise on future goals.
- Participate in backlog refinement and request decomposition, including data discovery and analysis.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve issues and risks to meet delivery commitments.
- Exhibit self-directed problem-solving by researching and collaborating on technical solutions.
- Provide rapid response and cross-functional support to address technical, procedural, and operational challenges.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of BI/IT experience with at least 3 years in Power BI.
- Proficient in SQL, DAX, M Query, Dataflows, and Datasets.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts and ETL processes.
- Ability to integrate data from multiple sources.
- Expertise in the Microsoft Power BI environment.
- Commitment to Data Modelling best practices.
- Demonstrates integrity, ownership, accountability, and urgency.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Sound business judgment, ethics, and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure and Power BI administration.
- Experience in Agile teams (Scrum) environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience, a master’s degree plus 2 years of experience, or a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
