Scope of Responsibilities

The Sr. Technical Architect will be pivotal in technical architecting, integration, implementation, testing, and training efforts for our cloud-native SaaS product on the Azure platform. This solution caters to the Manufacturing & Retail Industry segment’s demand and supply planning. You'll be part of the NPI Incubation & Lighthouse team within the Product Development organization, collaborating on demos, PoCs, customer implementations, and technical support. Our global team spans the US, India (CoE), and Germany, and is on a rapid growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sr. Technical Architect, you will:

• Drive technical architecture and lead a team of consultants/developers in solution implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, and custom projects.
• Technically configure new products, PoCs, and demos in collaboration with the presales and solution demo teams.
• Create reusable templates and artifacts aimed at shortening the implementation lifecycle and reducing errors post-go-live.
• Estimate workloads, assess business needs, and evaluate integration complexities.
• Conduct technical analysis sessions with customers and project teams to understand and address their needs.
• Design and develop platform workflows, user interfaces, integration scripts, data mappings, and models.
• Provide technical support including quality assurance, environment setup, software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Develop service descriptions and ensure reliable, self-healing services requiring minimal manual intervention.
• Offer internal and external solution training, enabling the larger team.
• Conduct new product solution validation and comprehensive testing.
• Travel to customer sites as needed and work across overlapping time zones.

Desired Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM field.
• 7 to 12 years of experience in the software industry, with a progression from consultancy to technical team leadership across 4-6 implementation cycles.
• Technical expertise in Supply Chain Planning and experience with the Blue Yonder SCPO Platform or similar ERP systems.
• Experience designing and deploying enterprise cloud solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with microservices-based architecture, Snowflake, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Python scripting, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms and data engineering tools.
• Hands-on development skills and a strong grasp of DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with API management platforms and RESTful APIs.
• A deep understanding of secure architectures and identity management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for new technologies.
