About the Role: Sr. Data Engineer I

We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Sr. Data Engineer I who excels in Python, SQL, and AWS cloud technologies. This is an opportunity to leverage your technical and consulting skills, turning a pivotal career corner!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver data solutions to top clientele in the insurance and financial sectors globally.
• Design and implement data warehousing solutions using AWS, manage analytics data stores, and handle all aspects from gap analysis to systems recommendations.
• Collaborate with BI technology vendors for production support, upgrades, or new development needs.
• Work closely with ETL/ELT teams, ensuring precise data transformation requirements are met in the cloud data warehouse.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience with Python programming and complex data loading techniques.
• Proven proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases, preferably Postgres.
• At least 2 years of experience in AWS cloud technologies and data management, Snowflake or AWS Redshift expertise required.
• Familiarity with the P&C industry, effective communication skills, and a collaborative spirit.
