Meet the Team

Position: Staff Commercial Operations Analyst, Commercial Analytics (Hybrid)

As a critical player in Dexcom’s Trade and commercial leadership teams, the Staff Commercial Operations Analyst will spearhead analytics efforts at both national and sub-national levels. This role demands a problem-solving mindset, data analysis proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Commercial trade team on performance analysis and initiative assessments.
  • Provide actionable insights to the Trade and Channel team, enhancing business efficiencies.
  • Develop, maintain, and oversee performance reporting against key performance indicators.
  • Explain modeling assumptions to senior leadership through clear oral and written communication.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, Forecasting, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage and execute various ad-hoc analysis projects.
  • Prepare, distribute, and present accurate and timely reports to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Ensure data and reporting compliance with the highest quality standards.

  • Expertise in data analytics and technical business operations.
  • Collaborative skills for developing algorithms and predictive models.

Travel and Experience Requirements

Travel Required: 15-25%

Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience. A graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
