Job Overview

We're on the hunt for a talented Staff Computer Vision Engineer to supercharge the growth of our cutting-edge computer vision product. This role is pivotal in sculpting our product roadmap, architecting technical solutions, and spearheading project execution. You'll lead a dynamic team, pushing the boundaries of AI from the cloud to the edge, and work closely with our diverse product groups to amplify our gaming applications and coaching solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and drive the product strategy for real-time computer vision applications.
• Manage and execute computer vision projects, delivering exceptional quality on time.
• Assemble and lead a stellar computer vision software team.
• Enhance gaming interactions via advanced real-time computer vision technologies.
• Develop and commercialize pioneering computer vision solutions catered to a variety of markets.
• Mentor and nurture engineering talent, deepening expertise in computer vision fundamentals.

What It Takes

Prospective candidates should possess:

• A MS degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or related fields.
• Over 15 years of comprehensive engineering experience with a focus on computer vision.
• Expertise in C, C++, CUDA, Python, and familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• A history of successful computer vision projects across diverse industries.
• Strong collaborative skills to effectively work across various teams.

Desirable Skills

If you have experience with 3D computer vision, startup environments, or edge computing platforms, you could be particularly well-suited for this position.

Location

This role is based in Los Angeles (Playa Vista), requiring onsite presence Monday through Thursday, with a flexible remote work option on Fridays.
