Role Overview: Staff Machine Learning Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain existing automation test frameworks.
• Test Generative AI and Machine Learning applications.
• Collect and report quality metrics from test executions.
• Collaborate with developers to design and automate specific testing strategies for new features.
• Create, execute, and automate comprehensive test plans.
• Support engineering teams in troubleshooting or addressing application and environment issues.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years in quality assurance or application development, leading quality efforts in a scrum team of 4-6 QE engineers.
• Strong skills in test automation using Java/Python.
• Experience in testing AI/ML models and evaluating model quality.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies.
• Experience with Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, JavaScript, Eclipse, Jenkins, Maven, and Git.
• Knowledge of various testing techniques (performance, unit, integration, automated) and their optimal applications.
• Advanced proficiency with tools like IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, and system administration/Unix tools.
• Experience facilitating cross-team technical discussions with a solid understanding of SDLC concepts.
