Who You Are

We seek a highly experienced Software Engineer to provide substantial tech leadership to our expanding AI Platform team. With bold creativity and deep customer empathy, you will design and innovate parts of our software architecture. Your crucial role will involve technical guidance, active software development, and enhancing our AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As a pivotal part of the AI Platform team, you will:

• Lead the design and execution of significant technological initiatives.
• Mentor peers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Collaborate across functions to innovate and refine our AI capabilities.
• Develop robust, scalable components for real-time AI applications.
• Ensure operational excellence in service deployment and monitoring.
• Contribute extensively to our back-end architecture and system design.

Onboarding Process

In your first days at Phaidra, you will engage in an inclusive onboarding process designed to integrate you fully into our team and systems. You'll be introduced to our engineering operations, tooling, architecture, and you will be guided through practical tasks to bring you up to speed on our methodologies.

Experience and Skills Required

For this role, you need:

• Over 10 years of software engineering experience, preferably in AI-driven environments.
• Exceptional knowledge of Python and cloud technologies.
• A solid foundation in Machine Learning and experience in deploying AI solutions.
• Proven leadership in technical projects and teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with Reinforcement Learning, IoT, or MLOps.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud or on-premise deployments.

Technologies We Use

Our technology stack includes Python, Go, PyTorch, Ray.io, Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, and more. Familiarity with these tools will be beneficial for your role.

Interview Process
