Senior Software Engineer Backend (Python, Microservices, Gen AI)

About the Position

You'll be working on a greenfield project, defining user and product experiences, and driving technical and scientific roadmaps. Your Role

As part of our team, you will:

• Be a thought leader and forward thinker, driving an innovative vision for products and platforms.
• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Design high-performance microservices architectures and develop real-time online inferencing for complex models using Triton and TensorRT.
• Mentor and develop team members while maintaining technical and operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in mathematics/computer science or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in the complete software development lifecycle.
• Expertise in Python and designing RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices.
• 3+ years of experience leading the design and architecture of large distributed systems on cloud platforms.
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead.

Preferred Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience in ML.
• Experience with ML technologies such as PyTorch, Sagemaker, Triton, and TensorRT.
• Experience with NoSQL and document databases.
• Proven ability to handle big data and improve system performance.
