Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years in the industry or over 2 years in a comparable senior role.

Leadership: Lead and mentor engineering teams. Provide technical guidance and strategic direction across projects.

Project Management: Take charge of project tracks by planning sprints, prioritizing tasks, and managing resources effectively.

Technical Expertise: Utilize your advanced technical skills to select the most suitable tools, meet client specifications, and solve architectural or performance issues.

Problem Solving: Handle complex challenges with innovative, straightforward solutions and perform thorough root cause analyses to address issues holistically.

Product and Customer Insight: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that tech solutions align with both customer needs and business objectives.

Continuous Improvement: Enhance processes through careful project retrospectives and the application of key learnings.

Candidates from all tech backgrounds are welcome, provided they demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and a robust understanding of system design.

Technological Proficiency: Depth in various technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Java with Spring Boot, Scala, C# with .NET Core, Python, and more. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud Infrastructure, Microservices, and Agile methodologies is highly advantageous.
