Job Title: Staff Software Engineer (JR57165)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality and innovative software designs and automation solutions.
• Design software solutions for complex internal problems, simplifying methodologies and workflows.
• Collaborate with internal TPG (Technology Products Group) teams to understand our memory technologies and design processes for building specific software and automation solutions.
• Work with CE teams to drive the CE transformation journey by providing tailored software solutions.
• Build custom software components and analytics applications using JAVA Full Stack, Angular, Python, and web technologies.
• Understand the software development life cycle, scrum, agile practices, and sprint planning.
• Design, develop, debug, document, test, and deploy applications.
• Collaborate directly with design and development teams on architecture, system designs, and prototype system bring-up.
• Define technical requirements and specifications for system software, programming models, and performance analysis tools in collaboration with design teams.
• Work alongside diverse groups of developers, business users, and project managers with assertiveness and tact.
• Develop large language models to analyze Micron’s design environment and enhance design algorithms.
• Create and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems.
• Build and maintain machine learning solution/data pipelines that feed models.
• Deploy and apply applied analytics, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics using machine learning and AI.
• Design and optimize data structures in ML solutions & data management systems like Hadoop, Snowflake, and Cloud platforms.
• Work closely with Business Operation Teams, Product and Application Development teams, and internal customers throughout application development and deployment.
