Role Snapshot: Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst Intern

The BI Analyst intern plays a crucial role in data analytics and intelligence for Pratt & Whitney. This involves creating and maintaining datasets, deploying machine learning and AI algorithms, and benchmarking data maturity against business needs. Your contributions will significantly impact our data operations, streamlining processes and enhancing intelligence capabilities.

Daily Tasks Include:

  • Collaborating with the Data Analytics Team to enhance business operations
  • Developing, managing, and deploying data solutions like Power BI dashboards and Databricks datasets
  • Engaging closely with stakeholders to deliver essential support services

What You Need to Succeed

Must-haves:

  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Current enrolment in a Canadian university
  • Ability to work onsite as required in your hired province
  • Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering
  • Fluency in French and proficiency in English
  • Programming skills in Python and SQL

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong organizational abilities and resilience under pressure
  • Project management prowess and familiarity with tools like Jira and GitHub
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and aerospace quality frameworks

Working Conditions

Type of Role: Hybrid - 3 days on-site (8:00 am to 5:00 pm), 2 days off-site (full-time)
