We are excited to announce an opening for a Start-Up Trainee in Data Science & Analytics, based in Mannheim, Germany. This program offers a unique opportunity to engage in significant projects within the “Engineering, Science & Technology” division, focusing on translating user requirements into technical specifications, developing robust multivariate data models, and leading both local and global projects.

Who We Are Looking For

Successful candidates will possess:

• An above-average Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related field.
• Prior practical experience through internships domestically or internationally, ideally in BI or Data Science.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and German.
• The ability to thrive in complex systems and a passion for working with large data volumes to derive automated processes and insights.
• A commitment to service-oriented collaboration at all levels.
• A willingness to go the extra mile.
