About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will develop and utilize advanced statistical and machine learning (AI/ML) models for clinical trial modeling and simulations, closely working under the supervision of a senior statistician or team leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement advanced statistical and AI/ML algorithms for optimizing clinical study design and decision-making.
• Develop predictive models for clinical endpoints using leading machine learning frameworks and tools.
• Perform clinical trial simulations with real-world data and advanced sampling methods.
• Explore causal inference methods leveraging AI/ML for treatment effect estimation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand complex data needs and analytics objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML for clinical development.

About You

• Experience: Proficiency in statistical modeling, simulations, and statistical tool development.
• Soft Skills: Experience with complex statistical or AI/ML models, large datasets, parallel computing, and cloud computing platforms.
• Technical Skills: Strong R programming skills; knowledge of Python, Julia, or similar computational languages is a plus. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub).
• Education: PhD/MS in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Languages: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
