About the Role

The Statistical Programmer position is integral to our team. You will collaborate with Medical Affairs biostatisticians and our internal biostatistics and programming teams to execute comprehensive statistical analysis plans. Your role will involve preparing meticulously QC’d data packages, including tables, figures, and listings crucial for various publications such as abstracts, posters, oral presentations, and manuscripts.

You are expected to develop and implement custom macros and utilize advanced programming techniques, while ensuring adherence to our standard operating procedures (SOPs). Timely delivery and quality of outputs will be your primary responsibility.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out sophisticated post-hoc statistical analyses of clinical data.
  • Design, develop, test, implement, and document statistical programming in high-level software like SAS.
  • Generate comprehensive data packages that include tables, listings, and figures.
  • Adhere to Quality Control (QC) plans and timelines as established by senior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with advanced programming methods and technologies.

Who You Are

Your experience includes a Master's degree with 2-3 years or a Bachelor’s degree with 3-6 years in relevant fields such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related areas. Your toolkit includes advanced SAS programming skills and proficiency in SDTM & ADaM (CDISC). Your strong command of the English language complements your technical expertise, enabling effective communication.

Soft skills like stakeholder management, managing timelines efficiently, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential to succeed in this role.
