Position: Statistical Programmer

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India (IN-MH)

About the Role

As a Statistical Programmer, you will contribute to our team by managing multiple medium-sized projects or one larger, more complex project. This role involves:

• Providing project management support
• Analyzing business and user needs while documenting requirements
• Supporting project execution including chartering, scope definition, and requirements gathering
• Facilitating resource planning, cost estimation, budget development, and cost control
• Ensuring consistent application of project management methodologies
• Developing and quantifying corrective action plans when needed
• Creating and delivering correspondence, presentations, and other materials
• Acting as a key liaison between business and technology areas

Qualifications

We typically require an undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience, with 0-4 years of relevant experience.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong client service attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to translate between nontechnical business users and technical IT resources using detailed industry expertise
• Solid knowledge of project management methodology, project management, and system architecture
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
