Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.

- 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, or a related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree.

- Proficiency in Financial Modeling.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience with data center hardware technology, capacity planning, and budgeting.

- Expertise in building financial models, such as three-statement, ROI, and business operating models, with a deep understanding of how operational metrics/KPIs translate to financial impact.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment, manage ambiguity, and re-prioritize demands as inputs change.

- Exceptional project management skills, with the capability to communicate insights to technical management teams and align business leaders on recommendations and decisions.

Salary and Benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000 to $158,000, determined by role, level, and location. Within this range, individual pay is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

- Engage with Product Area Finance and other central business partner teams to understand ML capacity demand across Google.

- Review and analyze Product Area business plans to comprehend technical workload requirements, projected value generation, and investment prioritization.

- Conduct analyses to support Finance and ML leadership, ensuring investment decisions align with Google’s strategic priorities.

- Monitor operational metrics and stay current on the latest efficiency developments.

- Develop and nurture cross-functional processes with a cross-product area network to enable broad impact from ML investment decisions across Google.
