About the Role

As a crucial member of our team, you will take on full-cycle responsibilities in fraud detection—from initial exploratory research to the development of innovative statistical detection techniques. This position is pivotal at the nexus of data, technology, and business strategy, driving the creation of robust solutions that protect against intricate fraud schemes and elevate customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and implementing rapid detection strategies to mitigate threats efficiently.
• Designing short-term and sustained defenses using comprehensive data analysis and behavioral assessment of fraud actors.
• Developing new features in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to enhance customer experience.
• Constructing sophisticated queries and reports to scrutinize historical data, aiding in swift and proactive threat management.
• Maintaining and refining our product offerings by optimizing existing tools and processes.
• Documenting techniques and analysis rigorously to ensure transparency and effectiveness in fraud detection.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python.
• Experience handling large datasets (multi-TB to PB) in cloud environments.
• A proven track record of improving processes and implementing innovative analytical tools.
• Fluency in English, with at least an upper-intermediate level proficiency.

• Prior exposure to the AdTech industry.
