Job Description: Data Science Internship

As a Data Science Intern in the Advanced Analytics Office, you will play a vital role in the execution of integrated and automated data science solutions that enhance our global operations efficiency and productivity. We are looking for an independent problem solver with exceptional communication and organizational skills to:

  • Analyze and organize raw data.
  • Integrate and process data from various sources to build comprehensive data pipelines.
  • Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling.
  • Develop analytical tools and software programs.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and apply modeling techniques to discover patterns in large datasets.
  • Collaborate closely with other data scientists and engineers.

Qualifications

Current students pursuing a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, or a similar discipline, set to graduate between December 2024 and June 2025 are encouraged to apply. We seek candidates with:

  • A minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, Java, JavaScript.
  • A detail-oriented approach, with a keen eye for potential data quality issues.
  • A natural curiosity and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
